End-of-the-Semester Social (Fall 2004)

We wrapped up the semester with a potluck dinner at Vice President Kim's apartment. Nikki made lasagna and cheese bread, Sylvia made a Caesar salad, Kim made a bagel dip, Dave made a Tiramisu-like dessert, and Melanie made some special brownies for the event. What a great way to end the semester!

Owner Richard Thomas spoke to our group about his experiences in the restaurant industry and offered advice to us. We also tasted multiple items on the menu and toured the restaurant, as well as the inn.

A four-course meal was prepared by the officer team; appetizers at Melissa's (Secretary), pasta salad at Dave's (Treasurer), sandwich & chips at Adam's (President), and dessert at Kim's (Vice President)!
